Assessment is free, if repair quote is approved. Otherwise a $40.00 charge will be issued for repair assessment service.

Please include ONLY your drone, remote and battery.

Drone Assessment

Do you have a broken drone? Worry no more; the Candrone Repair Center DJI certified and trained technicians will get you back up and flying quickly.

We stock and have access to DJI's full line of parts to handle any repair including but not limited to the Phantom Series, Inspire Series, Mavic, Spark and Spreading Wings Series. 

After assessment we will email you a detailed quote and await your approval for repair.

Step 1: Purchase (Drone Repair Services(Assessment) product) and list the issues with your drone in the NOTES section upon checkout. This is an important step to help us repair your drone quickly. Example photo below.

 

Step 2: Prepare your Drone for shipping with the following address, or drop it off in person at our showroom.

Step 3: Write your five digit Order# on the outside of the box.

YOU WILL NEED TO WRITE YOUR ORDER # ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR BOX OR PACKAGES MAY BE REFUSED. 

***If you send your drone in a hard case or oversized case you may be subject to additional shipping costs. Please note a $20.00 flat rate for shipping all repairs will be applied upon invoicing ***

By sending in your drone for assessment and repair services you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Terms of Service

The Repair Service is non-refundable if the customer chooses not to replace the parts needed after the repair has started. Any modified remotes will not be used for our test flights. Customer has 14 Day window to pay after that, $3 per day storage fee applies; Candrone offers a 30 Day guarantee on the components repaired, without crashes. Once a repaired product is shipped back and received by the customer, all claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. Original DJI warranty may be void after repair work. Candrone cannot be held responsible for any future issues or parts that may fail. 

Drones that are shipped or brought in are to include the Drone, one set of batteries and the controller. Candrone is not responsible for additional parts or accessories.
