Your Survey program... Supported From the First Flight Onward.

We stay with your survey team through certification, the first flight, the processing path, the season after that, and the site your crew can't get to.

Control, capture, processing, and a deliverable that's ready to use without being rebuilt by hand.

CASE STUDY

ONE CORRIDOR, START TO Finish.

Still Creek corridor topographic survey. Control placement, the flight, the processing path, and what landed in the client's software.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO FIRST Flight

Candrone doesn't just ship hardware. We configure, support, and stand behind every system we sell, so your team is flying confidently before the field season begins.

TELL US ABOUT THE WORK

The sites you actually run, the deliverables your clients specify, and what your control network looks like today.

Jivraj or Coty bring the kit out and run it. No commitment, and it settles more in an afternoon than a spec sheet does in a month.

RECEIVE YOUR SYSTEM

RECEIVE YOUR SYSTEM

Configured to your coordinate system and vertical datum, tested before it ships, set up with you rather than handed over in a box.

EXPERT SUPPORT

On the phone when something is not behaving, and on site with your crew when you want us there.

EXPERT SUPPORT

ONE PARTNER FOR THE WHOLE Program.

A reseller sells you a system once. This is the list of everything that happens either side of that.

BEFORE

Work out what you need:

What the job actually requires, including when the cheaper answer is the right one. A demo on your own ground before you commit to anything.

SUPPLY

The right configuration

Aircraft, sensors, control and software, configured to your coordinate system and vertical datum and tested before it ships.

CAPABILITY

Training and compliance

Academy training and certification through Advanced operations, plus the regulatory setup and airspace authorization your sites require.

IN THE FIELD

Beside your crew:

On site for the first deployments. Support that answers the phone, where a real share of what comes in is solved on the call.

THE DATA

All the way to the deliverable:

The processing path, and what it takes to land in your design software without anyone rebuilding it by hand.

WHEN YOU CANNOT

Capacity and cover:

Rental when the season runs hot or a system goes down. Our crew flying the site when yours is committed elsewhere.

NEXT SEASON

Service, repair and what comes next:

On site for the first deployments. Support that answers the phone, where a real share of what comes in is solved on the call.

FOUR WAYS IN. NONE OF THEM START WITH A Purchase Order.

START HERE

See a demo:

Jivraj or Coty bring the kit and run it with you. Costs you an afternoon.

TRY IT

Rent it:

Run it yourself on a job that matters. A week, often billable through to the client.

HAND IT OVER

Have us fly it:

Our crew covers a site or a reporting cycle. One project, no capital request.

OWN IT

Buy the program:

System, configuration, and Academy certification for the crew. Made with evidence behind it.

Our Competitors measure their customer relationships in units shipped. At Candrone our people are from your field.

  • Specialists by vertical, not a general sales floor. The person on your demo has run this work
  • Third party base station integration. Keep the gear you already own rather than replacing it
  • We will tell you when the cheaper configuration is the right one, and when a project does not need LiDAR
  • Canadian operation, Canadian regulatory setup, Canada-wide delivery and support
  • Transport Canada certified training via Candrone Academy

BUILT FOR CREWS WHO CANNOT AFFORD A Second Mobilization

Clearing a backlog, holding a corridor schedule, or producing deliverables a client specified at bid. Here is where we fit.

01

PARTY CHIEFS AND CREW LEADS

You decide what goes in the truck and you carry it when the data comes back short. We work at your level, not at your PM's.

02

GIS AND CAD TEAMS

You are the one who finds out the datum was wrong. Deliverables arrive in your coordinate system and vertical datum.

03

CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS

Existing conditions for design, permitting and earthworks tracking, with the error stated rather than assumed.

04

FIELD OPERATIONS AND SITE SUPERVISORS

Repeat capture on your reporting cycle, and fewer people standing where they should not be standing.

SAME CREW. More Ground.

Ground survey backlog builds faster than traditional methods clear it. The constraint was never capability. It is crew days.

  • One flight covers corridor, cut and fill, and grade check on the same pass
  • Repeat capture runs on your reporting cycle, not on a crew's availability
  • Fewer people standing in traffic corridors, on cut faces, and beside active equipment
  • Your crew stays on the work that needs them physically present
  • The deliverables clients are specifying at bid, produced without subcontracting the scope
This expands what your program can cover in a season. It does not replace your surveyor, your total station, or your crew, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something.
SAME CREW. More Ground.

CORRIDOR, CUT AND FILL, AS-BUILTS. One Pass.

Corridor and right of way
01 LINEAR WORK

Corridor and right of way

Continuous coverage along an alignment without the flight time cost of gridding the ground around it. Control distributed along the run, not around a block.

Earthworks and cut and fill
02 VOLUMES

Earthworks and cut and fill

Calculated from a surveyed surface, with the error against independently surveyed checkpoints stated alongside the number.

As-built verification
03 DOCUMENTATION

As-built verification

Progress surfaces on your reporting cycle, tied to your control network, in the format your office already handles.

EQUIPMENT PACKAGES FOR EVERY
Survey Program.

TIER 1

Ground control

Base and rover, GCP targets, field software. The starting point for crews adding control discipline before an aircraft.

TIER 3

Corridor and topo

LiDAR for vegetation penetration, complex micro-topography and tighter vertical accuracy, with base and rover control.

TIER 4

Full program

Everything above plus processing software, Academy certification for the crew, and rental backup through the season.

THE SURVEY DOES NOT STOP AT Grade

The flight gives you the surface. It does not give you the underside of a bridge deck, the inside of a box culvert, a utility vault, or a shaft. Those are GPS denied, and an aircraft that depends on a positioning fix cannot hold one in there.

Emesent Hovermap maps using SLAM rather than GNSS, so it works where there is no signal at all. Walk it through, fly it in, or lower it down.

The part that matters for your deliverable is what happens next. One project, two capture methods, one coordinate system. The aerial survey and the confined space scan register into the same dataset instead of sitting in two files nobody reconciles.

Bridge soffits and bearings. Box culverts and storm systems. Tunnels and shafts. Utility vaults and chambers. Material stored under cover. Anywhere the inspection currently means putting a person somewhere unpleasant.

Drone Wildfire Hotspot Detection

NOT EVERY SITE NEEDS LiDAR.

It earns its place where vegetation penetration, complex micro-topography, or tighter vertical accuracy is the actual requirement. Photogrammetry handles a large share of this work properly and costs less to fly and less to process.

The answer depends on canopy, surface, and what the deliverable has to support. Anyone giving you that answer before asking about the site is selling, not advising.

FREQUENTLY ASKED Questions

Have a question not listed here?

Talk to a Specialist

No, and we would not sell it to you on that basis. It expands what your program covers in a season. Your crew still runs the control, the stakeout, and everything that needs a person on the ground.

It depends on the control, not the aircraft. [Rest of answer to come from Matt]

[To come from Coty]

Often no. The deciding factors are canopy, surface, and what the deliverable has to support.

No. It connects. [Matt to verify]

Advanced RPAS Operations is the working default for civil sites.

Yes, weekly on most of the fleet. Rental is how most crews make the decision, not a consolation prize.

Yes. Our crew runs one-off sites and recurring capture. This is the answer when there is no capacity and no capital budget.

WHAT IS THE SITE THAT KEEPS Slipping?

Tell us about it. We will tell you what it takes, whether that is a demo, a rental, or our crew flying it. No obligation and no quote until you ask for one.
