Return Policy

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of your order. Should 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • It should be in the same condition as when received, including all components.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Custom builds.
  • Ready-to-Fly machines.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Paper goods.
  • Hazardous materials.
  • Flammable liquids or gases.
  • Online courses, unless less than 30% of the course has been completed.

Do not return the product to the manufacturer.


Refund decisions are made solely by Candrone.

For warranty-related issues, the manufacturer must approve any requests for repairs, exchanges, or refunds. Customers should not return products to us without confirmation of the manufacturer's authorization.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, except for cash payments, where we will contact you for alternative refund arrangements.

Refunds may take some time to process and appear on your statement, often up to a month.

Sale Items

Refunds for sale items are discretionary and handled on a case-by-case basis.


We replace items only if they are defective due to manufacturing errors.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. The time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
