Return Policy

Return Window 
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once this period has passed. 

 

Return Eligibility 
To qualify for a complete return, the following conditions must be met: 

  • The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.  

  • The item must be returned in the original shipping box. 

  • The product must be in the same condition as received, including all components and accessories. 

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

 

Open Box Returns 

Open-box returns may be accepted at Candrone’s discretion based on the condition of the equipment and are subject to applicable restocking fees. 

 

Non-Returnable Items 

  • Software Licenses 

  • Orders received beyond 30 days ago 

  • DJI Care Refresh and Maintenance Codes 

  • Downloadable Products 

 

Training 

Our training courses are eligible for return/refund within 30 days of purchase. 

  • Online Courses: Eligible for return if less than 30% of the course has been completed 

  • In-Person Training:  In-person trainings are valid for scheduling for 1 year after purchase. Trainings which are not redeemed within that period will expire and are non-refundable. 

 

Shipping 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable 

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount. 

 

Missing/Damaged Items 

Please review your packing list to confirm that all shipped items have been received. If any items are missing or arrive damaged, please contact our support team at customerservice@candrone.com within 5 business days of delivery. 

 

Refunds 

Refund decisions are made solely by Candrone. 

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, except for cash payments, where we will contact you for alternative refund arrangements. Refunds can take 3-14 business days to arrive in your account depending on the form of payment. 

 

Rejected Returns 

If a return does not meet the guidelines outlined in our return policy, acceptance of the return is at Candrone’s discretion. If a return is rejected, payment will be required to cover the cost of shipping the order back to you.
