What is the difference between the Mobile Receiver and the standard Receiver?
The DJI Mic Series Mobile Receiver (included here) is a bus-powered dongle that plugs directly into a phone or tablet's USB-C port. It has no battery and draws power from the host device. The DJI Mic Mini 2S Receiver (included in the 2 TX + 1 RX sets) has its own battery, connects to cameras via 3.5mm TRS or hot shoe, supports four transmitters simultaneously, and reaches up to 400 m. Choose the Mobile Receiver if you shoot primarily on a phone; choose the standard receiver for camera-based workflows.

Can I add a second transmitter to this setup?
Yes. The DJI Mic Series Mobile Receiver supports up to two transmitters simultaneously. A second DJI Mic Mini 2S Transmitter is available separately at Candrone.

Does the Mobile Receiver work with iPhone?
The Mobile Receiver has a USB-C connector. For Lightning-port iPhones, the DJI Mic Mobile Phone Adapter (Lightning) is required and is sold separately. USB-C iPhones (iPhone 15 and later) connect directly.

Can I use the transmitter with a DJI Osmo camera instead of the Mobile Receiver?
Yes. The transmitter supports OsmoAudio Direct Connection to the Osmo Pocket 4P, Osmo Action 6, Osmo 360, and Osmo Nano without any receiver. The transmitter stores pairings for up to two receivers and one OsmoAudio camera in memory, switching between them with a double-press of the Linking button.
