The CZI TH4 V2 is a four-stage aerial payload release system designed for the DJI Matrice M300 RTK, M350 RTK and M400 RTK through the DJI SkyPort V2.0 interface. It mounts directly without tools, draws power from the SkyPort connection and integrates with the DJI Pilot App for release control and status information.

Can the TH4 V2 be used on any DJI drone?
No. The TH4 V2 is compatible exclusively with DJI Matrice M300 RTK, M350 RTK and M400 RTK via the DJI SkyPort V2.0 interface. It is not compatible with consumer or prosumer aircraft.

How does the operator trigger each release?
Releases are triggered directly through the DJI Pilot App. The TH4 V2 is automatically recognised when mounted, displaying a status and control window that provides live feedback and release confirmation for each hook.

What types of payload can be delivered?
Any payload between 200g and 2.38kg per hook that can be secured to the hook mechanism. Common applications include life rings, first aid kits, throwable communication devices, rope lines and emergency supply packages.

Does dropping payloads require special authorisation in Canada?
Yes. Payload drop operations are subject to Transport Canada regulatory oversight and may require a Special Flight Operations Certificate (SFOC) depending on the nature and location of the mission. Contact our Solutions team before planning any drop operation.

Can all four hooks be released simultaneously?
