The thermal imaging capability is particularly valuable for security surveillance, allowing for the detection of heat signatures in various conditions, and for inspection operations, where identifying thermal anomalies can be crucial for preventative maintenance and safety checks.

I ordered the DJI Mini 4 Pro from Candrone and opted for expedited shipping through their website. Unfortunately, the package was not going to arrive within the expected timeline, and there were no tracking updates for several days, which was frustrating.
However, when I called to bring this up, the Candrone team was incredibly friendly and understanding. They immediately took action, shipped out a fresh new unit, and ensured it arrived within the promised expedited timeframe.

My drone is fine hasnt flown yet and will never fly untill i get dji to put my care refresh product on it right now its sitying in the wrappers untill then its as you know brand new and it will stay there untill the care refresh that i brought off of you is bound to that drone untill that time that it is insured .
