We can convert DJI H20T R-JPG into .TIFF in order to process in PIX4D or other software of your choice. The cost is $0.10 per image converted and takes 24-48 business hours.
After DJI ended their relationship with FLIR and made the DJI Zenmuse H20T, the thermal images that are generated are only in R-JPG format which does not allow you to process true radiometric maps in programs like Pix4D or Agisoft.
*Please note the converted files can not be used in FLIR Tools.
